We are doing pretty good in Chesapeake Virginia. Summer vacation is upon us and we will be busy. See our vacation page.

Terry leaves his job at Oceana Branch Medical Clinic in July and attends school for one month before reporting to the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) in Newport News, Virginia in August. You can check out the Ronald Reagan Web site from the connection on our links page.
He just completed flight training to catch a back seat ride in an FA-18 Hornet. The ride won't come until the end of August or so though. Hope to have photos.
Carol is working for Apria Healthcare in Chesapeake and gets to work part time. She has just accepted a new position which will allow her to work more or less when she wants to with no set hours so we'll see how that goes. She volunteered quite bit at both Tyler's and Kevin's schools and now that school is out she should have a little more spare time but on the other hand the kids are home all day now. All you mom's know how that is when it is time to run errands.
Bryan is did well in shool and has his sights set on the Navy academy for now. Impressive goal for a freshman. Bryan is eligible to take his test to get his drivers permit and is studying now. We are leery to let him drive but suppose we have to sooner or later.
Kevin is relieved school is over and now has more time for sports and play time which are his priorities. He asked for a buzz cut, "because it is summer." We think because many of his freinds got buzzed.
Tyler is getting big having just turned 8 years old. He is not the baby of the family any longer. Poor Navy kid was concerned we may be moving soon now that school is out but on the bright side his only concern was that a new house should have another pool.
Viking is our 4 year old 95 pound yellow lab and is as happy as ever.
